1. Rules
The regatta will be governed by the 2001-2004 Racing Rules of Sailing ("RRS"), Appendix A, this Notice of Race, The Sailing Instructions, and properly posted amendments on the official notice board. Class rules do not apply.

2. Eligibility
Open to all women (at the discretion of the Organizing Authority)

3. Registration
Closes at 8:00 AM, January 4, 2002. To pre-register, contact the St. Thomas Yacht Club. A participant is not registered until her Regatta fee is paid and the release form is signed.

4. Regatta Fee
Racers: $95, less $5 pre-registration and $10 US Sailing membership discounts.
Support: $50, (includes all meals, functions, and T-shirt).

5. Category
This will be a Category C event, RRS Appendix 1.

6. Scoring
The Low-Point Scoring System, RRS Appendix A4.

7. Prizes
Trophies will be presented to the top three finishers in each class. Classes will consist of:

Laser singles, regular rig I & II and radial rig
Laser Doubles I & II
Junior Laser Doubles (with helmsman under 16)
