The regatta draws outstanding women sailors from Puerto Rico, Antigua, St. Maarten, US Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, United States and Europe.

Betsy
Alison (a five time Rolex Yachtswoman of the
Year, former Women's Laser World Champion and a top-ranked match racer)
will attend as guest lecturer. Betsy is a sailing instructor, speaker
and consultant with the National Women's Sailing Association, US Sailing,
Harken and Rolex Watch USA. Throughout the regatta she will provide on-water
coaching and post-race video review.
Don
Makowiecki, US Sailing Senior Judge and Umpire, will be
with us again this year.
He has also been nominated by US Sailing this year as an International Judge. An accomplished sailor as well as Judge, Don recently won the International Twelve-Meter Worlds in Cowes, Isle of Wight, England.
